In the AI era, this phase refers to the stage where AI becomes the primary implementation agent, generating large volumes of code and tests with consistent quality under given structures and constraints.

In SimpleModeling, the construction phase is positioned as the phase where deliverables are generated from models. Using model definitions as input, AI generates code, configuration, tests, and documentation, while humans focus on validation and adjustment.
